1.  Structural Design and Sealing Advantages

Compliant with SAE J514/ISO 8434-2 international standards, the core employs a “37° tapered surface compression seal” structure. This design adapts to medium- and low-pressure rigid pipe connection scenarios, addressing the issues of “cumbersome installation and seal aging” inherent in traditional threaded fittings.

1 Core Sealing Point: The pipe end is flared to a 37° bell mouth using specialized tools, tightly mating with the fitting body's 37° internal taper. This creates a rigid seal through metal-to-metal compression, eliminating the need for additional elastic seals like O-rings or gaskets for a streamlined structure.

Auxiliary Tightening Mechanism: The matching flared nut is threaded to continuously press the flared end against the tapered surface while locking the pipe position. This prevents seal failure due to pipe displacement and accommodates easily flared materials like copper tubing and thin-walled steel pipes.

2. Key Features

Compatibility: Fits pipe diameters ranging from 6mm to 38mm. Interchangeable with nuts and pipes from similarly sized compression fittings (select models), eliminating the need for separate pipe system replacements and reducing retrofit costs.

Working Pressure: Maximum working pressure ≤160bar (suitable for medium-low pressure applications).

Fitting Material Options: Carbon steel, stainless steel.
